Takilla Richards

Takilla Richards is a longtime presence in the Atlanta, Georgia business community who works with the country’s second largest health insurance firm in providing data analysis and reporting solutions. Among her duties is summarizing business performance and highlighting any deviations and anomalies from the sought-after operational track. Takilla Richards also works to develop diagnostic and tracking strategies that help deliver optimized decision support tools.

From 2007 to 2014, Ms. Richards worked with one of South Carolina’s leading health care providers as a staff accountant and in related capacities. She oversaw the implementation of a fixed assets invoice form that enabled all fixed assets to be accurately tracked and documented. She also developed audit programs and prepared audit scopes, with a focus on ensuring policy compliance and reducing high-risk scenarios.

Ms. Richards’ experience extends to a role as enterprise information services (EIS) finance manager with a top US bank, where she coordinated the maintenance and structuring of the EIS pool-cost center hierarchy. Takilla Richards also handled tasks such as the monitoring and validation of processes such as charge-backs and monthly billing across business segments.
